Job Description

Due to our commitment to high customer engagement and significant investment programme, we are looking to recruit an additional highly skilled, enthusiastic and motivated Property Services Assistant.

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer care skills and customer focused approach to service delivery
• Possess excellent ICT skills, with a qualification in ICT preferable
• Analytical and organisational skills relating to data management
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible attitude to tasks
• An effective team player who can cope with a diverse workload, changing circumstances and demands

The ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines is essential. A flexible “can do” attitude is essential.

A full current driving licence would be advantageous.

A Basic Disclosure Scotland check will be required for this post.
