Job Description

We have launched our ambitious programme of business transformation called Customer 1st. Our vision, ethos and purpose will ensure that Caledonia puts the needs and requirements of our customers first whilst providing homes and services that make life better.

We require a Customer Services Manager who will be the lead officer for our new Customer Solutions and Business Support Teams. As the leader of multi-disciplinary teams the Customer Services Manager will play a critical role in implementing and delivering our Customer 1st aspirations.

We need someone who can lead by example, will encourage collaboration and learning, will create an environment that fosters continuous improvement, can develop a culture of ownership and responsibility and can motivate and manage direct reports to deliver excellent, solutions based customer service and business administration functions.

You will have had experience of working within a fast paced and complex customer service environment, of managing and leading successful teams and be able to demonstrate achievement of high levels of customer satisfaction. Some experience of implementing new technologies and managing multi-channel services would be desirable but is not essential.
